    That's what makes it fair. If your willing to "work" the system. it becomes like anything else in business, smart work has its benefits.

    When your tax planning relies on secrecy, it is probably a bad idea. The strategies (business structures, etc.) should be sound, so that they would stand up to scrutiny. You obviously don't make them public, but if they fall apart if the IRS looks at them ...

  5. even if you denounce it you still have to pay US taxes for another 10 years, if you don't,you become persona non grata and will never be allowed to enter the US again.

    Of course if you know that next 10 years you will be banking major $$$ you may not care.

  7. Are you sure about that? 10 years, damn or no entry in the good ole US? I know I am living in a Police State since 911, but goodness!:eek:

    According to Larry Williams, currently it is in Australia.

    To the OP: the solution is simple, just increase your profit return by 22% than you can keep the same amount than before AND still pay taxes! :)
