I remember when George Gilder, the high-tech guru, was saying at one time that Global Crossing and Global Star were going to be HUGE. Look where those companies are now.
It's just short covering today, so far. It did gap down in the direction of the trend and on high volume (this usually signals a trend reversal)
Police like Tasers because they don't have to tussle and get hurt grappling with an out of control suspect.
I'll take a gun over a taser anyday. Taser guns have been around for a while. They just never really caught on till of late, probably due to more advanced manufacturing. Stun guns are like mace.
There are many countries where this product will work but I highly doubt it in the US the most civilized country in the world right?
