China stated that no tariff deal has been completed. They have only established a framework for discussions. The only points agreed to was that China would still allow the exporting of rare earth minerals while trade discussions progress and the U.S. would allow Chinese students to continue studies at our universities.
It's takes a special breed of ignorance to somehow think anything Trump has done with tariffs and trade deals has been a positive for Americans.
