I've contacted IB several times regarding different questions/issues; I never get a response. Another member on here told me that their Customer Service is actually a lot better now than it used to be years ago. If it's this "good" now I can't imagine what their members did back then that needed support. Good lord. I may have just discovered a workaround of sorts to accomplish the same thing (seeing as how specifying a percentage doesn't appear to be a working feature, anyway).
