Hey, I remember those well. And I remember thinking when they made the dramatic leap to 1200 baud, "What can you possibly do with that much speed?" P.S. Congrats on your overall success with the Hershey strategies, nice to see the bounce back in your step.
Wrong! That's no bounce in my step - it's just a run-of-the-mill limp - you know who stomped on my foot with her golf shoes on.
Today I did everything right - almost. 10:40 L @ 864.50 11:34 X @867.00 Entered on an Ice Berg signal - bailed on a trend line and MACD XO. 12:49 S @863.75 12:56 X @862.75 Another Ice Berg entry - bailed when the volume just didn't feel right. 02:24 S @862.25 02:31 X @859.75 Yet another Ice Berg signal entry - got out when prices reached the bottom of the channel. 03:27 L @864.25 03:35 X @861.25 Feeling like I could do no wrong - I did. It was stupid to enter a trade so late on an otherwise choppy day. The result was that I turned a 6 point day into a 3 point day. For the week: 20 trades - 7 winners - 8 losers - 5 washes - plus 3/4. Technically a winning week ( forth in a row!). OK, snicker if you'd like, but it could have been worse. I simply did not trade well this week - severl trades that did not follow the rules in any way. Today was different. I did it by the book (the book as I understand it). The main difference being a better understanding of Jack's 1-2-3 channels. While there a few days that were not pretty, I feel good about my progress. The main point is that Jack has taught me when to stand aside - can mega profits be far behind? Well guess who isn't impressed? The wife - that's who. She's in the other room with an ugly scowl on her face, smoking a cigarette (she doesn't smoke), and swigging straight from a bottle of gin. I got a funny feeling that the cats will eat well tonight, and I will be doing another night on the sofa. I mean I made $37.50 this week (less $96.00 in commissions) - what is it going to take to make her happy?
