Look Subliminal, I don’t want to be a hard-ass or anything but it wasn’t only __(name deleted by Magna)__, but __(name deleted by Magna)__, and __(name deleted by Magna)__ who tell the same sad story about you. But I’ll give you just one more chance, and allow you back in the room – OK?

In case you are wondering why Mister Subliminal is so anxious to get back into the chat room, it’s the quality of my calls.

Attached below is the actual chart of the dead-on calls you can get in www.tradingwithtampa.com :

The following is an excerpt of today’s chat room log:

02:13:37...tampa OK guys, you can go long here, or maybe short or something...usual stop loss – 38 points or so...
02:14:09...daniel m you mean now, tampa?
02:14:59...tampa ya, I guess – if not now maybe later or something...

It’s a dark day on Wall Street. Do you know why? The advantage that the Big Money Boys have enjoyed over the little guy disappeared today. The so called Smart Money Crowd have finally met their match. At 9:48 this morning I unleashed the awesome power of the tampa technique – a secret proprietary trading method that was perfected during many long hours of development and testing in my garage.

Never again will the market thieves take my money, and leave me battered and bruised – shamed and humiliated. As of today, the shoe is on the other foot! Mark this date on your calendar, because the markets will never be the same. Thursday November 7, 2002 – the day that the tampa technique debuted.

See the amazing results for yourself posted below.

I could not be more pleased with the performance of the tampa technique system thus far; however, a few simple adjustments were required to offset the Street’s response to the implementation of my revolutionary new method.

Trades and adjustments are detailed below:

    10:45 Sld @908 -1 ¼
Adjusted the “noise volatility stochastic” from 1.159 to 34.057 to compensate for some unexpected velocity.

    10:47 Sld @07 -1 ¼
Reset the “wiggle factor filter” to .4 from 1.29.

    11:20 Sld @08 ¼ -1/2
The system is working near flawlessly, but the “peak channel indicator” needs to be revised downward from 32 to 24

After the morning session that far exceeded my most optimistic expectations, I called my wife to report on the fantastic results.

Catching my breath, I resumed trading.

    12:21 Sld @901 -2
    12:27 Bot @903 -2
    12:31 Sld @901 -1 ¾

Somewhat surprised at the last series of trades, I notice that the “triangular modifier” is out of phase with the “triple exponential moving average”. I recalibrate, and resume trading.

    01:55 Bot @905 ½ -1 ½
    02:00 Sld @903 ¾ -1/2
    02:04 Bot @904 ¼ B/E

With the recalibration, the system is kicking ass. The “dynamic volatility contractor” suggests increasing trade size to 7 contracts, but I elect to stay with one lot for the time being.

    02:30 Bot @207 -1 ¼
    02:54 Sld @901 1/5 -1/2
    03:00 Sld @900 ½ B/E
    03:08 Sld @908 ¾ B/E

A good strong finish as the Street realizes that there is a new kid on the block.

The tampa Technique “Triple DEMA Volume Oscillator" failed to present any trading signals today.

The secret proprietary tampa technique trading system has certainly exceeded all expectations! However, the various secret proprietary indicators are placing an unexpected strain on computer resources.

In attempt to network with other system developers, I PM’d ET’s most beloved 40yotrader to ask for some advice, but I have not heard back from him as yet. (Guess Magna was correct about the guy being on an extended holiday.)

Of course I am disappointed that the “triple DEMA volume oscillator” failed to produce any valid signals yesterday, but I’m sure that Monday will present any number of pleasant and profitable opportunities.

But as expected that moron freeloader, Subliminal, fussed and complained, disrupting the chat room on Friday. The nincompoop just can’t quite get that when one of the secret proprietary indicators says no, then the answer is no.

AT THIS POINT i WOULD WELCOME ANY HELP THAT OTHERS COULD GIVE ON HOW BEST TO DEAL WITH THE FREELOADER.

Imagine my delight to log on to The Elite Traders Fourm to discover that Baron and the swell group of moderators have bestowed the coveted Elite Member designation on moi!!!

I am thrilled beyond words, and can only assume that the contributions made by this journal to the trading community are responsible. Of course I will strive to continue to bring you, and all other Elite Trader members the same high quality analysis and comments that have already secured this honor.

Thank you making this great day necessary!

I have heard through the grapevine that the vote to bestow Elite Member status on me was 13 to 1 – may I assume that you were the lone spoilsport?

This should be a day of joy and celebration, not one with ominous if cryptic missiles from some disgruntled moderator who’s bias could not stop the honor given to me.

P.S/ Does Elite Member status outweigh Moderator status? If so, bug off fella! – if not, I am so sorry, it will never happen again.

Really now, how long is this going to go on? This so called "journal" is a farce. It is without merit, substance, or value.

I for one, come to Elite Trader to be enlightened, not to have my inelegance mocked.

Management should put an end to this sad excuse for trade commentary at once. And if they don't, then other decent members should demand that they do.
