Devin Nunes livid after Joe Biden has a moment of silence for fallen troops: 'What the hell is going on?'

Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) lashed out at President Joe Biden during an appearance on Newsmax on Thursday.

During a briefing on the terrorist attacks at the Kabul airport that claimed the lives of 13 service members and wounded 15, Biden observed a moment of silence.

"My guess is it's going to get a lot worse before it gets any better," Nunes said of the situation in Afghanistan. "Let's just hope and pray that — because that's about what we're down to now, are hopes and prayers."

"What you saw Biden do, that I've never seen a president do, a moment of silence with the press? I mean, what the hell is going on in this country?" Nunes asked.

Nunes went on to call the president a "moron."

    I thought it was inappropriate
It kinda turned into an eulogy, a shameless attempt to show empty. and enough with dead Beau

A moment of silence deserves to be more solemn then that....Have it it the Rose Garden, bring in the color guard and the flag guard

  4. Tards that make comments like the one who dissed Joey Jones tend to vote for tards of that same ilk.

Biden asks Chuck to stand up and "let em see ya." Chuck is in a wheelchair.

It is indeed sad for the families of those military men who died, all 13 of them with 15 more wounded. I am not even sure this figure is accurate. Sadly, the risk to those remaining 5,200 servicemen are the highest ever. Being confined to a small area which is hard to defend, their lives are in grave danger. That is not counting the thousands of Americans stranded behind Taliban areas of control with no means to reach the Kabul airport safely. Their whereabouts given to the Taliban via a list by the Biden administration. I expect more casualties to follow because you cannot trust Joe Biden and his ilk to protect any Americans including, our military men.

  6. Ok any one see that story about high school students and their parents are unaccounted for in Kabul and trying to get to the airport...

If true...What the fuck... I realize they were visiting family but you choose to go back in the summer when all hell is breaking lose???

I am sorry but to think U.S. soldiers have to risk their lives for staff and embassy personnel but for random people who decided to go agaisnt State Dept recommendations and visit Kabul?

Americans are Americans and they are all equally important. We don't pass judgement when it comes to saving or rescuing Americans. This applies to health care as well.

  10. I read another story that the school district got concerned because one parent said their kids would not be back for school on time for August 17th because they were in Kabul... I am not sure when they flew to Kabul but I am pretty sure even if it was back in July, State Dept and the news were describing the shit show going on there.

Now U.S> troops have to go get them out somehow...
