  2. where do you see the bonds between now and Friday? I can't believe today's move ! the ZN 113 puts got hammered , I was long TLT 95 puts, they had doubled but now I am down . Sure taught me a lesson , I am still convinced this is a bottom in interest rates, never got the sizeable position I wanted last week (although I sold june OTM calls as well) and after yesterday's bounce I thought what the heck I would just wait and see.

118 1/2 - 4.25% are important levels to hold on the SEP 30 YR.
If these levels do not hold, the next significant level of resistance is 119 - 4.20%.

If I knew where the market was going to be Friday, I would not be sitting here! I am going to bet they test the previously established levels on June 3rd.

    Good luck.

  6. I think the real turning point may be where the yield curve begins to invert...

Talk about one ****ed up close today. Option locals sold nearly 5000 futures in the last half hour from 26 down to 25 (most likely Brumfield buying off of them on the screen). Then EDF Man comes in on the close and decides to buy 3000 at 26, OOPS, was supposed to sell 3000 at 26, so now he turns around and sells 6000 at 26, Hardy buys ALL of them. Not bad for being pretty much dead middle of the day. Also, a HUGE error in 30 year bond options on the close with in-the-money calls. Vol definitely got bid on the close.

Yeah, I run that squawk box, it was pretty fun quoting that stuff today, and being right next to it when it happened, although not fun for the EDF Man guy that has to pay for the error. Oh well, thats the markets.
