I apologize. Good for you. You're Vaccinated then. Hooray! And not as dumb as I thought you were. Incidently, there are lots of articles from authoritative sources reporting the mRMA vaccines provide superior protection relative to that provided by "natural immunity" acquired by infection. Everyone should get vaccinated, even those who have had Covid-19 and recovered.! https://www.nebraskamed.com/COVID/covid-19-studies-natural-immunity-versus-vaccination see also CDC,Johns Hopkins, many others.
I explained very clearly showing his first sentence was incorrect. All with proper citation of the facts. What do you have a problem with?
I don't. Don't know how Your post got into my post responding to Wallet. No doubt some something stupid I did.
Never said I was vaccinated. There’s also lots of articles supporting Natural Immunity as equal or superior to mRNA’s. For the record, Wife and I were exposed to a person who tested positive, both of us became sick later that week. We took over the counter meds, mild symptoms lasted roughly 4 days. Called the Doc, was told to quarantine for 10 days and call if symptoms worsened. Never tested. Fully recovered. Personally know several people, fully vaxxed who’ve come down with this crap. Don’t plan on getting vaccinated. Also for the record I don’t get flu shots. Last time I did was 10 years ago was also the last time I got the flu. If you’re immune compromised, elderly by all means get the vaccine if you think you need it. If you’re afraid of the virus and it makes you feel safer, get the vaccine. If you’ve done your due diligence and you feel the vaccine is not for you, that’s your choice. I’m done with all the vax zealots on these boards, there will be a time coming fast when the sheer stupidity of political policies, the gaslighting, the coercion is gonna backfire in your face. People are getting fed up with your bullshit.
Just keep in mind that you're making decisions based on a small sample size, your personal experiences.
As COVID outbreak intensifies, Israel said mulling ‘herd immunity’ policy Almost 3,000 new cases seen for 2nd straight day, but serious cases stay same; milder, fast-spreading Omicron reportedly prompts Health Ministry to weigh aiming for mass infections From the article.... In light of the lack of immediate rise in serious illness, Channel 12 news reported Tuesday evening that senior officials in the Health Ministry have recently raised the option of switching to a “mass infection model.” That would mirror Sweden’s policy in the early stage of the pandemic, which saw the country elect not to impose major restrictions on people who aren’t in risk groups, in a bid to continue normal life while eventually reaching herd immunity. While that was widely seen as a failure, and Sweden then changed course, the increasing prevalence of the Omicron strain — which is more infectious than the Delta variant but causes milder illness — has led Israeli officials to mull such a move, the unsourced report said. It said the slowed pace of child vaccination and the unwillingness to impose a lockdown or other major restrictions “don’t enable any other model.” Officials have estimated that within two weeks, 90% of COVID-19 cases in Israel will be Omicron. https://www.timesofisrael.com/as-co...es-israel-said-mulling-mass-infection-policy/
Vaccine works good eh? Fully vaxxed cruises avoid like the plague. CDC tells Americans to avoid cruises 'regardless of vaccination status' amid COVID-19 surge CDC raised its travel warning for cruises to the highest level on Thursday The CDC sounded the alarm on cruisesThursday amid a surge in COVID-19 cases nationwide, raising its travel warning to the highest level and telling Americans to "avoid cruise travel, regardless of vaccination status." The virus that causes COVID-19 spreads easily between people in close quarters on board ships, and the chance of getting COVID-19 on cruise ships is very high, even if you are fully vaccinated and have received a COVID-19 vaccine booster dose," the CDC wrote in its new advisory. Several dozen ships are currently being investigated by the CDC due to COVID-19 cases onboard, but the agency does not release the exact number of infections Read more https://www.foxbusiness.com/economy...ess-of-vaccination-status-amid-covid-19-surge
