T-Bonds etc. brokerage service

I know that many brokers offer purchase T- Bills and Notes etc. but would like to hear from those who gained some experience doing this.

Also appreciate any tips regarding brokerage services offering such products.

 

Any broker will do it if size of an account will justify it. It is done usually only for an accounts > 25k . You have to make it a condition for opening a new account or for not closing the current one.

however I use Interactive as well and they don`t (as far as I know).

Many houses will let you buy Treasuries and you still get about 80% buying power on your money.

It was a great deal for guys with large accounts until all the rate cuts made it worthless. It hasn't been an issue for the last 2+ years.
