If you have never experienced tachypsychia, you may not believe that it exists. I have, and therefore I do. I rolled a car once as a punk kid, was in a helicopter accident as a punk young man, and had a shotgun accidentally discharged a foot from my face as a punk middle-agester. Now as a punk old man I find that knowing well in advance when I am going to enter and exit trades makes my one second chart crawl in slo-mo. I think this comes from being freed by system trading from the need to understand or predict. Price simply does what it does and takes me along for an entertaining ride. Now I find myself laughing a lot at what happens, as well as being occasionally electrified by a "WTF was that?" event that previously would have disoriented me and induced the opposite of tachypsychia.
