SYMC Short Play Feb 28th

  1. Nice if you were trading the breakdown, then caught the big dump, especially if you held through the brief consolidation, but, once the move got going, the higher-odds, more clearly set-up, lower-risk day-trades were on the long side, at least for me. On this day, the set-ups came after SYMC snagged 40.3, one historical support level on the chart, overshooting below then crossing back over, including a couple good tries at 42.

Would love to catch one of these moves on EBAY sometime soon, maybe both ways. Been trading both SYMC and EBAY lately, and happened to be managing a short on EBAY when SYMC fell apart. Didn't even notice until had scaled out to the last lot on EBAY.

  2. Here's something to chew on: Peter Norton was Long from 0.

Do some 'size' on that daytraders! (or, should I say, day dreamers! :D)
