I am a member of the Chicago Exchange and I am interested in switching to Echotrade which I believe is part of the Philly Exchange. I pay about $500 a year for the Chicago...if I switch mid-year will I have to pay Philly fees too? I plan on calling Echo on Tuesday but I'm anxious to figure it out. Thanks
