That isn't corruption. They handled deposits and customers in accordance with thier own laws. They long ago elected strict neutrality and it allowed them to avoid wars for centuries. The Swiss way may be an affront to your ethical code, but they are no more or less corrupt than any other 1st world nation. Probably the highest density of millionaires is the UES.
