    i used to be in the vancouver office for a few yrs...had a good time, and management was good. yes people might complain that payout structure is low - but really you have to think that you are gambling with other peoples money and you are getting paid 30-40% of whatever your net profit is at month end. its not your money to throw away - its managements....hence someone else is trusting you with their money and since they carry all the risk for the losses and take 60-70% of the profits i think risk/reward is pretty well skewed in your favour as a trader. you will learn quite a bit - the manager there has a plethora of resources at his disposal but no one is going to baby sit you....you will need to find your own strengths and weaknesses and trade off them. at the end of the day mate..if this were that easy..every schmuck in the world would be a trader and global inflation would be at 300% not 3%....
