No not the case at all..... You see in the States when ever someone does not like something they get together with like minded people. They decide that there problem is "unamerican" and they demand action. Next they get a petition together and you have the birth of prop 5623b, to be voted on in the next election. Next some one votes for the whole party line getting prop 5623b passed and presto you have a problem "solved" It is this line of thinking that gives you wonderful things like series 7 licenses, sarbox, a huge % of the population jailed and all kinds of other fun stuff. So it is not that Swifttrade doesn't like Americans, it is just that there are too many rules there.
