    Your absurd example exceeds other RDA's which renders your point impotent.

    Examples such as this do not represent reality. You are taking one factor in isolation ignoring the others such as total cholesterol for instance. If you want to continue this discussion stop the absurdity. Speak to real-world diets not disney land.
