Why does he hate our country's system of checks and balances?

 

Why does he hate Democrats overstepping their authority?

 

What "overstepping?" Aren't there checks and balances in place to prevent overstepping? Are you now questioning the wisdom of the Founding Fathers? Why do you hate America? And so on.

 

The Founding Fathers had checks in place to prevent Congress from overstepping their bounds into the Executive branch. This included not allowing groundless fishing expeditions when investigating the President.
