No. In the long run most HFs lose money, yet they are not sued left and right. That is just the nature of the business and past performance, yaddie yadda...

Unless the HF manager uses the money maliciously (like Karen did) they can not be sued just for plain losses.

Yeah, except that 60 MM or whatever was it. It is in the government's PDF file. Ask yourself: If she didn't have losses, then why did she start those rolling trades that have no chance of making profits but was good for accounting?

    About her fee structure:

Since with her rolling losses she couldn't generate profits, but she was taking fees, eventually she would have ran out of investor's money because the fees would have eaten the capital up. Think about that!

And you call yourself a trader? You should know Livermore, Soros, PTJ and Karen. They were supertraders. Oh wait....One of them not like the others. :)

  5. The fact that you and your butthole buddy are incompetent fools doesn't require me to prove anything about myself, or to show quadruple your snail-like IQ (trivial as that may be); I'm not the one making hilarious claims, lashing out at people you know nothing about in order to suck up, or admitting misfeasance in public.

But I'm done entertaining myself with you as the stooge. Bye-bye, and good luck with all your clueless attempts at "trading"!

  6. Note that TT doesn't publish their overall trading results. The couple of times that they came close to it - as I recall, Jim Schultz once had a running tally, and so did their "young guns" (newbie TT employees who had never traded before but were shown how in a series of videos) - they quietly tapered that off. I also recall Soss himself taking a couple of really big hits on some of his strangles, very large ones by comparison to his usual wins; he mentioned them quickly on the show and that was about it.

I don't particularly blame them for doing that; it's an advertising cost for TT, and I'm sure they absorb it gladly. But it doesn't speak well for their overall trading approach - which, notably, is not well oriented to a bearish market.

I don't have anything against TT; in fact, I learned quite a lot from them in my early trading days (as I did from many other sources), and I'm grateful to them for those basics. But there's no provable edge in anything they teach, and until a new trader realizes that, their account is going to reflect that (a number of small gains and the occasional steamroller that'll flatten it.)

  7. TastyTrade and Tom and Tony are laughable traders, if you can even call them that.
I realized early on they can't actually trade, or produce anything substantial, relatively consistently. Just gambling,
None of those old ex-floor Trader types can't actually trade....they are all just clerks and order processors and scalpers, arbitragers.

Peter Tuchman is also a clown, that Albert Einstein guy on floor photos. He can't trade. He specifically said so he can't trade and holds no positions and has no idea how the market will move. He just handles orders.

Everyone famous is usually so full of stuff, just famous....for being famous,
If everyone in this trading industry had to reveal their real, own, records....I'm guessing 99.4% of people would be ashamed,
The trading industry is literally the worst. What a shit show. Worse than used cars and gambling, casinos.

More projection from someone who is undoubtedly a failure at trading and life. You're the one lashing out, and the way you overrate your IQ would be hilarious if not so sad. Yes, you have nothing to prove, except that you made no income this month when you visit the welfare office.

I was once active on a fitness site where people joked about all the anonymous commenters being 6'8", 350 pounds with 8% body fat and Olympic level athletic ability....They were all so critical of pro athletes and everyone else and acted like they were superior. The ET version is every anonymous member is a billionaire who makes more in the first 30 minutes of the trading session than most doctors make in a year.
