When you pull cash out of the bank, it has a much more negative effect on potential leverage than if you left it in, or paid with an electronic transaction. It's all the same...the US will be cashless soon, so Americans can't mess up the leverage machine by constantly pulling out cash to go buy Ipads and meth and the system has to go 'sans ducket' for a time until these dollars end up getting used in transactions, and find their way back to another bank. Why would they care? And what difference would it make, given every meaningful purchase has been databased for at least the past 20 years?
If your worried about the government seeing something that your doing, you probably shouldn't be doing that in the first place.
If hookers are able to process credit card transactions, that would benefit the credit card companies, since they get a percentage each time the card is used, plus American Express offers points each time you use your card, and that would benefit the cardholder. It's a win-win situation for all.
