yeah because robbers are not smart enough to think of actually stealing goods. Robbers only steal cash so they can pay for goods honestly.

What would pimps, hookers, and drug dealers do if society was ever fully cashless?

 

Do like sleazy strip clubs: sell $500 "champagne bottles" to share privately with the "barmaid", or, sell $10 "special cigars".

 

Hookers and dealers in my corner of the world are quite capable of handling credit card transactions.

 

Soon the world will be cashless. Cash is really the outdated remnant of the industrial age.
