Who benefitted most from the money spent? Does the Federal Budget deficit and the Federal Debt become the responsibility of the new administration at some point? When Obama came into office the deficit was 1.2 trillion,when he left it was 600 billion. When Trump came into office the deficit was 600 billion,when he leaves it will be around 4 trillion.
