Ahh, that would require the entire pic, not just the snippet in your post attachment. It makes sense.
Was skeptical about this one for a while... but after one of the lower left bowls began to appear to be upright, I saw the change.
These are always fun. For me, the one that inverted my vision was the one in the red box... Unfortunately, after that, all the small bowls on the left did it, because my mind knew what to look for to see the differences in shading.
Because it is not real. Don't be fooled by the fakers. The moon doesn't revolve from horizon to horizon in 30 seconds. Duh? Have you ever watched the moon in the sky?
