your question is not going to allow you to learn anything important. When a trader places a real trade, he focuses on making sure the trading platform is functioning. the combine is a trader mining operation as has been explained to you. trader mining is not going on in this thread. It is for special situations. and it is a journal of a writer who writes about stuff he finds here and there.
Just because Surf can't trade doesn't mean this thread isn't entertaining. In the end, it comes down to being entertained between trade setups.

how much additional time or effort would it take to throw the trade into the combine? Then go about your biz whatever else you think you needed to do to verify your platform whatever that means
The TWO points you raised about joining the combine were: A) To gain exposure, to get acceptance and praise within the industry and B) To gain access to capital to trade with. Repeatedly, I've told you that anonymity is what I enjoy (and have since 98') and I DO NOT NEED capital to day trade with. It makes no sense to paper trade yet you can't seem to understand this. It's probably the same brain block that continues to find you breaking and/or unable to follow your own trading rules.
Just some more empty claims with no evidence, even on a simulator. sad very sad. I'm doing the combine with mav for an article, not for capital, although it seems like a great way for someone to prove their value for a trading floor.
