"Kerviel admits to exceeding his credit limits, but claims he was working to increase bank profits. He told authorities that the bank was happy with his previous year's performance, and was expecting to be paid a ˆ300,000 bonus."

Tell me that's something but greed. :D

In the case of Kerviel it was not clearly a fraud, all he did was executing positions beyond his allowed limits, trading itself was not fraudulent.

  2. Huh>? talk about twisting the subject-- you could also call those moves by K fear-- I don't get you point.... regardless, its called fraud.

I'm sorry, but I can't continue this conversation. There is a complete disconnect in worldviews and philosophies. Sorry, surf

What do you think is the motivation of top investment bank/hedge fund managers to enter/exit positions? What's their goal when they enter and what's their reason when they exit?

  5. Is this supposed to mean something? You always poo poo blotters, shouldn't we do the same?

"Blotters? LOL! FULL TRANSPARENCY, no photoshopped blotters..."

  6. Huh? while I am off that high right now, everything is recorded by TST---no photo shops and full transparency--- follow the combine here-- this is real time and impossible to fake--the world is watching.

I realize the TA true believers are not going to participate, so watch and learn.

  7. What are you whining about? The fact that it's implemented by TST should be enough for you to realize that the numbers will have to match their run.

    wtf man, try harder.

I didn't think you liked blotters? "Photoshopped" and all that?

  9. He likes them when they are convenient for him, like the earlier CL trade. :)

This is absolutely an ignorant statement.

If I understand you correctly, anyone going to work and getting the best wage and bonus he can possibly get is greedy?

It is the employees job to make money for the employer.
