Peter is indispensable: Lxo ( Peter ) Zxxnx Peter is our programming and data expert. Working as a full time intern for the Price Driver Team, Mr. Zxxnx is responsible for programming and for gathering, cleaning and testing data used to execute the system. His access to data and single focused nature to deliver the best is crucial for our success.
Why would an "expert" in data and programming work as an intern for a completely unestablished firm? This makes zero sense.
There are many reasons folks work with start ups. In addition there are multiple mutual benefits to this type of arrangement. surf
Yes...WORK at start-ups....not INTERN at startups when you are an expert in something others are not. An intern is not a vital cog in the machine, but sounds like your guy is and should be treated as such. If he's "indispensable" as you say...
You are acting like I overlooked your resume when it came to hiring--- not knowing who you are, I would have no clue. For now Peter has other research interests that have much synergy with what we do-- so its win win for everyone. surf PS-- if you want to be considered for a possible future position, resend me your CV.
No, I'm just saying that an indispensable member of a 3 person team is NOT an intern. If anything he is a consultant. I understand you might be the kind of person who needs to put yourself above others so labeling someone an intern makes you feel more important somehow but this Peter guy actually sounds more important that what you probably provide this startup. Maybe YOU are the intern LOL
