No but my example illustrates that we all have different holding periods, some longer than others and so this either places the trader at an advantage for posting (ie lots of time in between entry and exit) or a disadvantage (trading at a much faster pace). HFT was used as an extreme example to make a point.
Ok, that makes sense. Then, obviously, if before the fact posted trades are not suitable, these are the folks who should be posting statements and actual trade records--- if they trade faster than can be recorded in a journal before the fact--- then that's the only way to go. surf
TA can be used as a tool for taking small losses at a decisive point, so bad callz won't break the account. Problem is, most gamblers want to believe they can predict the future, and they can't bring themselves to trade this way.
True, if the traders goal is to gain a following of some sort. If that's not the traders intention, then not sure why anyone would do this. Not to mention all the backlash from the people who will just claim "photoshop".
Entering the open negative in both short CL and YM--- holding here as Price Drivers remain pegged at negative 7 which means waves of bearishness are about to surface---- maintaining course. surf
SURFER ALERT Price Drivers have turned down to negative 10, negative 10 is the most bearish reading possible. We are holding shorts here in YM and CL and are expecting a SHARP DECLINE sometime between now and Monday close. WE do not know what will cause this plunge, but are positioned to profit. BULLS be WARNED
Who knows, I hope not, but I don't know. I know markets are anticipatory mechanisms thus tend to react prior to an actual event. surf
