  1. Some are, depends how it is structured-- clientcentric or managercentric--- they can be a fee money pit for the client--- but making it clientcentric by providing the client profits prior to dollar one being paid in costs/fees creates a win win situation for everyone. In other words, I am the last guy to get paid-- but I am happy to take the leftover scraps in this business. surf

  10. Yes, you would call them fundamental as they have nothing to do with past price. the underlying factors that move price-- the things that move prior to price moving. surf
