Maybe so, in the main time we already credited you with a 5K loss, just in case, you know keeping it real...

The position is at -120 pts, if still open. Was an expensive ski ticket....

  3. Don't mean to rub it in, but who is the real trader again? Such a sad life that I did stick around for the full session on a Friday while the guy who talks about real traders is out skiing. Biggest day of the month for me, all in the PM.

    Enjoy the slopes!!!

And oh yeah, don't quit your day job.

Looks like the moon shot will have an imminent hard earth landing and Price Driver becoming a pile driver.

Can anyone explain what 'Price Driver' trading is?

How does one arrive at a conclusion from a Price Driver?
    What is it?
I am not an advocate of the traditional forms of TA such as in the TA bible - 'Technical Analysis of the Futures Market' by John J Murphy but 'Price Driver' sounds as gibberish / hard to fathom / quantify as any of the other quack trading religions being peddled.

Surf, do you have proof / track record of 'Price Drivers' being consistently profitable or are you just running on hunches? (Again)

pile drivers - that is a good one.

That is the essence of trading well from the short sale.
in a stock or future you know well, you look for a pile driver, get in just in front of the pile driver... watch in anticipation for your pile driver start... once it does you know you will see a very quick move into a support level as everyone pulls their bids.

I prefer pile drivers to price drivers.

  7. That move the last hour was definitely a piledriver. Nothing fancy like a scoop slam or the Kryptonite Krunch; just a plain vanilla Texas piledriver that set up in slow motion.

Koh Samui until Tuesday. Weekly chart rolled over nicely into bearish swing. Dow theory and price action TA in general still as good as it was 100 years ago, especially applied to intermediate/long-term trends. :)

Fundamentally you may be right. Eventually if they sign the deal, markets probably like it. However, TA is a great tool, much better than FA. You miss the very profitably part of the game by denying TA, Surf.

Fundamentals for the most part are useless because the people providing the fundamental data usually speak half the truth or nothing but lies.
