  1. I feel for you. At my age aspiring to what Mr Muscles has on display is totally unrealistic. Better to have a fit female trainer with a kind heart and determination not to drive the old geezer to a heart attack.

Just walk more hours if you can't. Walking (especially on the soft natural surface) is probably the most normal physical activity for a human and thus the most valuable for health.

  6. Why is it a 3 min rule and not a 5 or 2 or 1 or 15 minute rule?

I may be wrong, but myself always preferred to use time-frames which are most widely known and used like 5M and 15M intra-day. The more eyes I know see the same thing as I am the more likely I read the market correctly.

That way of analysis is an illusion in my view, because early entry doesn't mean 5M signal happens at all.

Not to say something's wrong about it, used to trade 1M within 5M context myself, just a bit more relaxed since then. :)

  10. During my TA days, we did extensive testing on how to verify a break out being able to carry through to profits-- and 3 minutes was the optimal number-- certainly not a guarantee, but 3 minutes allowed for the catching of profit without letting too much get away, in the case of an actual break out or break down-- note how these channel lines are now acting--- its uncanny!
