Is that why it keeps going up?

    You're down $93 an ounce.

  2. Still, it was a good pattern recognition on surf's part. The problem is a keyhole view instead of context. Surf as I said you're in a monthly bull channel and if you had used the same pattern recognition you could have reversed on the low. Instead once again you have let a winner turn into a massive loser and if this was real money you'd be screwed up emotionally.

See how I add value? You love me and ya just don't know it :)

  4. Another train wreck journal from ET's resident name dropping, self promoting, clown.

  5. Obfuscate is a word that seems to be popular with surf at the moment so he has decided not to say what size of a position he holds. We only know the direction is going a woopsie but not the size of the position nor the account size, so the risk management is as secret as the total loss.

As a true buddy adding value, surf this change in policy in not telling the position size is further emotional erosion. I still say you can turn this around but the problem is not just wrong calls, it is the mental caving in that is happening and to add value to your thread, I'd suggest some time with Cornix in a professional capacity as a trading shrink.

Doing that is not a sign of weakness, it's a sign of strength when you can face a problem and rectify it instead of being, as you put it yourself, headstrong for no good reason.

I know excellent traders who have used Cornix in a professional capacity to help then figure out what is holding them back and you have nothing to lose by joining their ranks.

  6. I am a tiny flea in the market, you must be a microbe if losses screw you up emotionally. If you get screwed up emotionally trading, its the wrong game for you. surf

You mean like getting jealous over a friend that's long gold and making more money than you?

  8. My friend isn't a trader, he was in the gold business. Get your facts straight.

    surf

PS-- all this nonsense does nothing but support my original thesis that all elite trader, com problems come from the FX bogus marketplace. expewrt and the others were all drawn here due to FX therefore if we ban FX elite will improve dramatically as these lost folks will not be attracted here.

  9. Now, now surf, remember your new catchphrase: Add Value!

I think that is a truly noble virtue - why don't we both abide by it? Projecting your true self image on to another person is a further sign of mental erosion. This is not a verbal dig in the mouth so please don't consider it so - instead stick to the facts.

I nibble at the market until a whale appears on the plate and by that time the market bears my risk. The market carries my emotion free trading. You attempt to eat whales from a position of weakness and it is getting to your innards. You trade on you emotions.

I am suggesting professional help will help you return to the same strong young man we saw proudly announce your 10 contracts to hammer the CL instead of the secretive gold short when close to the bottom. I'd like you to be able to nail your emotions to the floor as you nail your trade size to the thread like you used to do before CL.

Disciplined consistency is the first thing to collapse when fear strikes. Ask Cornix.

So? He wasn't a trader and neither are you. You're a salesman.
The fact is you admitted to calling a gold top about a $1,000 too early because you were jealous of his success.
That's complete nonsense smurf. IN fact many say ET's problems are charlatans, like you.
