YM is never BTM. But it is traded on via a system. Read carefully and a little bit is revealed in this thread.
The only downside, I imagine, would be the weight. It is more substantial than the Rolex I wore, and I was almost always aware of wearing mine. (Also, I can't even remember how many shirt cuffs I frayed over the years with the bezel.) On the other hand, I often forget I'm wearing my current watch even though it's a fairly rugged field watch.
