There might be one more push higher before the drop, but rest assured it is on the way, as all market internals are pointing to a move downwards in the main index futures.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but I don't think this stock is going to 22 as you predicted anytime within the year The stock is up over 50% for the year so a pullback is expected, but probably nothing major until they report earnings, and then only if their earnings are extremely disappointing. Of course the market could have a major correction, but I just don't see a correction bringing this stock down to 22. I guess that's what makes a market, and only time will tell.

 

the very structure of the market herself demands a 1000 point plus drop very soon-----relatively speaking!

 

Do you think RH's initiative of building 50k sq foot palaces to retail is a smart move right now? I have been wrong about retail in the past--- but this seems like a slam dunk to me right now

 

No, but it could take years before it could have any effect on the stock. Apple is doing the same thing at a few of their stores this year as they are trying to make their stores a "hangout" destination. Maybe RH is doing the same as Malls are becoming less desirable to the public.

BTW Investor...trader...rabbit hunter...dream chaser..titles don't matter. 8 or 9 losses in a row (so many not sure if 8 or 9 mr livermore would know as he tracks such items with an eagle eye) indicate the system is not working.
