It's up to each state to accept or reject murder.

It may well be that this man is a functioning psychopath like Trump. The Supreme Court has become a giant joke with some really bad appointments that were obviously bad at the time. Some of these justices are caught in outright lies now about their intentions. Imagine that, the people some of you supported as the ultimate bastions of justice are in fact anything but.

    From poster Tsing Tao :

" I'm sure there are people who support making abortion illegal in Canada. Its a certainty. The legal issue may be settled, but its also settled here. No one is about to overturn RvW. That's just scaremongering. "

    Guess again dumb ass.

“If you are Black or Hispanic in a conservative state that already limits access to abortions, you are far more likely than a white woman to have one,” the AP reports.

“And if the U.S. Supreme court allows states to further restrict or even ban abortions, minority women will bear the brunt of it.”

Are you talking of white cops targeting blacks for murder?

  8. It can't be a woman's issue if you can't define what a woman is and my body my choice went out the window with vaxx mandates. Making it a states right issue is where this belonged to begin with. Abortion is not an all or nothing issue as the extremists on both sides claim it to be. Simple as that.

  9. Most people's abortion views are not based on the Constitution but on their own religious beliefs for the most part. The desire to overturn Roe was mainly from fundamentalists or supposed Christians.

Roe didnt even mandate wide open abortions, it set a framework for when laws would be excessive in regulating abortions. It was always a grey area even back then and the Dobbs draft has the same hand waving approach to its decision.

Dobbs would work if it said any law banning abortions entirely is unconstitutional and but modifies Roe by giving more power to the States and states can regulate it. MISS law in question used 15 weeks which was reasonable and could have been upheld WITHOUT overturning Roe.

But the justices took a political and religious position on a legal issue. Remember that justices used their personal beliefs to support racist views for years. Dobbs is the result of politics imbedded in the SC.

If you disagree ask yourself is it.simply because of your personsal view on abortion as none of you have given a true legal rationale.

Nothing like supporting some ancient abortion themes to get a lot of woman out to vote out Republicans. Some of these judges are going to be infamous for generations. Barrett strikes me as the kind of parent that would kick their kids out if they announced they were gay or wanted an abortion. All 5 of them apparently lied about RvW in their nomination proceedings.

I'm surprised even some avid Republicans haven't seen the danger in packing the Supreme Court with these kind of characters with extremist views on social issues. "Fortune Teller" and "Buy1Sell2" types well no surprise there those are woefully underdeveloped minds.
