Show me a republican that remembers being alive in the first trimester of their life. Oh gee, guess what. They do not exist.

SC was asked to decide whether the MISS law banning abortions after 15 weeks is constitutional...

Decides instead to overturn previous case precedent rather than simply decide the matter before them.

Bad analysis on your part. By upholding Miss Law, it automatically vacates Roe vs Wade since the 1973 decision allows abortions later than 15 weeks.
