And those decisions don’t impact you so it’s easy to miss the point.

My guess is that every state will end up with this in their court system

So if you are one to prefer a court to decide instead of elected officials then you will have 50 courts to enjoy.....and maybe one of these cases might make it back to the Supreme court

A court to decide, yes this is a right. People should be free and equal under the law. There are now millions of women who are not free nor treated equally under the law. It is literally now a two class system, one for women and another for men. How people can lose sight of this is beyond me.

If it were just between a man and women it would be about equality......But its the baby....
Under Roe the fetus was women's property up to 90 days after 90 days the State has an obligation to balance the fetus's rights....why should 90 days have any meaning

To bring up your original point you would accept Roe up through full term?

You don’t get it, it’s not my choice. I am neither a doctor nor a woman. I should have zero say in the matter.

You seem to forget women during the Revolutionary war times would strangle the baby at birth or during the westward expansion drink penny royal tea or in the 1950s throw themselves down a flight of stairs, coat hangers in the 1970s. This isn’t going to stop abortion, it’s just going to be worse than you imagine. Women have always had abortions since ancient Egypt. “Witches” concocting brews in Salem Massachusetts etc etc…

First, you are implying that, the article or me didn't say ALL because that makes no sense given how broad the group is.

Second, it's Gallup, not Gallop and Gallup stopped polling a lot of things because they have been very inaccurate in the past, I mean they completely stopped presidential polling because they suck. Why only rely on one poll for your perspective?

    This conversation is getting stretched

Please check polling for 2nd and 3rd trimester
Every poll is will under majority in favor
Only 1st trimester is above 50%

But majority of Republican leaders are opposed to first trimester abortion, for them life begins at conception unless the pregnant woman is their mistress. There are not even exceptions for rape and incest in big states like Texas, so what the generic Republican supports is clearly not translating into right wing legislation.

If women desire abortions, they will still be able to get them legally. Today was a great day for The Constitution. Now, let's move on to getting the country back to what it is supposed to be----The United States of America----a republic focused on preserving individual rights rather than group rights.
