    Well that’s the convenience of it all and exactly why there is/was a separation of church and state, because religious issues are so fluid.

    My reply was to a specific post. However, the issue is not a states rights issue it’s a privacy issue under the constitution. You are arguing privacy as a federally guaranteed right isn’t extended to a woman’s right over her own body if you support the reversal of Roe and Casey.

    No matter what privacy rights exist, if (note the "if") it's murder, it's murder. So it is not a Constitutional issue. If you murder someone, you don't get to argue that it is a private matter, Constitutionally.

    And if it is NOT murder, then the "right to privacy" has nothing to do with it either.

    It does exactly that.No similar wealthy country police kills nearly as many of its citizens as The US.Same with imprisonment.
