A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

    Any questions?

I like the way it says ''shall not be infringed'' Crystal clear. And I'm glad to see the NRA move from NY to TX.............................................................................

Just to add to this you’re also drawing from the same availability pool of workers which makes things a lot easier to move outside of the metro areas.

Another point about this ruling is the Thomas opinion cites historical regulations from the time the constitution was written as a guide of what regulations would fit in this new outlook on 2A. This picture should demonstrate how stupid the ruling actually is:

The Brown Bess was used during the Revolutionary war. It’s a single shot powder rifle that shot balls and was difficult to carry, set and aim. The AR 15 is something they couldn’t even have considered. It’s the difference between a horse and buggy and a Tesla self driving car.

Here is Biden signing the new Gun law
Why no ceremony ? Why no bipartisan crowd?
Are all of congress running away from this bill....Nobody wanted to be in the picture so they had to call Dr Jill to stand in

  7. Failed social studies I see...

CONGRESS ALREADY PASSED THE BILL WITH BIPARTISAN SUPPORT!

The House on Friday passed the bill by 234-193, including 14 Republicans voting with Democrats.
The final Senate vote was 65 to 33 with 15 Republicans joining Democrats in support of the measure,

Why would congressmen run away from a bill they voted on with a majority? It was all public if you bothered to look.

    You miss the point
I am referring to the signing ceremony.....It is usually considered a good photo-op especially in an election year
You would thing that Biden would want to promote anything bipartisan
Its unusual not to have the bill sponsors present.....But for the first gun bill in years...no one wants to be seen with the President...lol

    A normal signing event

Its all going over your head.....
For a politician in a purple/blue district going through an election, to sign a bill that has restrictions on guns is political gold
