Supplements for Joint Pain?

    Ok, update. Finally found some that seem to work, though I'm not sure which of these or if it is all of them, are working.

    Taking Cat's Claw, SAMe, and Botswellia extract. Shoulder and knee aches have subsided noticeably - and I am not one who normally notices much in the way of supplements. But these seem to have done the job. Issues I've had with my left shoulder for over a year now are almost gone.

    One cat's claw in the morning, one in the evening. One SAMe in the morning, and one Botswellia in the morning. Doing wonders.

    That is one nasty bruise. :(
    I can't tell whether the tape helped or made it worse...
