  2. I wouldn't. There has been a fair amount of controversy regarding various artificial sweeteners. I am not sufficiently well-versed in chemistry to properly interpret and understand the controversy. However, one thing is clear: artificial sweeteners are...artificial. As a rule of thumb, I would rather consume a natural ingredient than an artificial one. Until a few months ago, I sweetened my coffee and tea with sucralose until I read some unpleasant stuff about it that may or may not be true. In any event, I would suggest stevia as a substitute for sugar:

I would suggest that you consider the root rather than the ground leaf. The root is sold in powder form in health food stores. I still consume sugar, just less of it since I complement it with stevia. In addition to its being all natural and not inducing any known side effects whatsoever, you will find that it is also less expensive than the artificial sweeteners out there.

  4. Drinking from the furry cup every mornin sure does get those endorphines flowing. Mind you, PTR, a shaven haven saves trying to bring up those god damn short and curlies.

I like having a healthy blend of carbs, protein, and fat.

    Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs, whole wheat toast, protein shake, flax oil.

Sometimes, I'll have oatmeal (not the instant kind) instead when I'm lazy.

    Also, supplements:
    fish oil caps, multivitamin, caffeine.

I've experimented with some other supplements for exercise reasons. Citrulline malate is amazing for energy and mental focus among other things.

If you are seriously into lifting weights, you learn to eat very well. That carries over in terms of energy, etc., into other things.

  7. Yes, she is rather tasty.

(There. Now we both demeaned your girlfriend. Of course, I don't even know her. What's your excuse?)

  10. volente 00,
Nice call on the Ginko a few pages back, I fully agree with you on that and infact the supplement I take also has in it Gotu Kola, both of which are helping me in my trading.

    All the best.
