    three rails and I can't sit still long enough to open a chart, let alone look at them...

    ...And I could see where the ice would be fun to chew on after taking a rail of blow to the head...

    ...But I'd rather chew on some of those Zombie brains... Straight Up please...

    How much protein is needed if you lift 3 days a week and run 2 miles and do abs on off days ? I have been told 1 gram per pound.

    You are right about the amphetamines and the military. They also used to use it in their "emergency" survival stash. It was to allow them to be alert during a SERE type situation.

    coffee and fruit, maybe a granola bar or 2. one of my messengers sells empanadas for about .65 ...those are good.

    long term health is important...but as far as trading goes...it is not going to make an immediate difference.
