  1. You don't have to pretend Thunderdog. We know you like wieners and tossed salad for breakfast.

  2. NZD

Can you be a bit more specific on what you have observed taking the above.

With Gotu Kola you can grow it fresh. Even in a couple of pots, grows like a weed. Chop it up and add to salads. It's a bit bitter so nice in asian salads. I dont know what's retained when they put it in a tablet.

  3. BB,
Yes, fresh is best (variant of it also known as Brahmi). It expands awareness and insight is my experience. Makes the mind more flexible to a fluid situation. Works best if your doing yoga and meditation - the yogis in the past called it Soma - the vedic plant of the himalayas that gave awareness of higher states - without any of the 'highs' that come with narcotic type experiences.

Gotu Kola and Ginko are like magic together. I find my thoughts are energized in that I am "so there", lethargy is less, I don't flake out as much, I am able to make the tough desiscions quick, I don't feel as tired, meditation is easier (especially at night). I seem to get that gut feeling easier too, it is more stable than before - when I would doubt it more. But the charts/system is telling me anyway what to do...
    Best,

  5. How manly you are. What's a little loss of dignity to your girlfriend when it helps you assert your machismo? Hey, it's a zero-sum game, right? And you're here to win.

Now off you go. Assert your manhood whenever the need, or doubt, arises.

(And as for your wiener reference, don't let your wishful thinking get the better of you. Sorry to disappoint.)

  6. Oh goodie, everyone gets to hear from the humorless blowhard again. In the interest of keeping this thread alive, now off you go, that is, if you can restrain yourself. Fortunately, everyone else handled the comment in good humor.

  7. For the guys that eat a lot of extra protein:

Do you ever have the problem of your teeth aching sometimes at night?

I've noticed that when I'm religiously drinking shakes . . extra eggs, tuna etc . . . my teeth hurt. I mean almost all of them, as if they have a cavity.

Weird. I wen to the dentist. No deterioation cavities. He said I had proper spacing etc.

You know what it's like it's like eating sugar if you have a cavity.

Think I may get a second opinion. My regular doc said that protein or diet shouldn't cause pain in the teeth?

  8. Does "everyone else" include your girlfriend? It is one thing to speak about certain topics in the abstract, but quite another to refer to someone you supposedly care about in such a context in a public forum. Learn some manners, you adolescent. Go pop a pimple.
