Dude... they have been studying caffeine for like 50 years and still have not come to a definitive conclusion.

A diet of pesticide free fruits only is extremely healthy. You can add some nuts and/or olive oil if you need extra energy. Animal meats and fats contain too much hormones, but they are ok once in a while.

The conclusion is that it helps longevity, they just don't exactly know why. The latest guess is anti-inflammation. But FF was wondering about the dosage.

    I say 2 lattes...

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coffee#Mortality

"showing that higher coffee consumption (2–4 cups per day) was associated with a reduced risk of death by all disease causes."

There still could be no direct causation effect, just might be coffee drinkers are more chill and not stressed thus die less often, but still, just drink coffee and chill...

Now I wonder if getting caffeine in other forms like tea or coke has the same effect?

Cacao is probably a better alternative to coffee. It has more antioxidants, less caffeine (which I assume is better for you) and is less dehydrating.

Its better to drink it with warm water also because excessive heat can reduce the antioxidant level.

  10. Love the stuff. I add unsweetened baking cocoa to my 2 daily milkshakes and my twice weekly oatmeal.
