Superfood?

    100% convinced I'm right. Albeit I don't partake.
    The best fountain of youth there is.

  4. You're quite the juicer. And that's a lot of variety. What do you do with all the pulp? If you dispose of it all, I imagine you use a trucking service.

    Breath work has always been a large part of Asian health practices. You don't need to get esoteric about, simply taking deep, slow breaths for short periods is good for you.

  8. Juicing without injested fiber is not good long term. While short term success in weight loss can be achieved, long term there is higher risk of kidney and liver malfunctions, not to mention maintaining a healthy gut.

  9. Being big on fiber for its health benefits and move-along properties, I prefer the whole vegetable rather than only the juice. But I will be the first to admit that I don't regularly get the kind of variety that wjk is enjoying.

    A good option is using a Ninja or Vitamix type of blender to make smoothies. There are limitless tasty combinations of fruits and vegetables while maintaining fiber content.
