the claim is the red material was supposed to still be covering her - but came off with the black outer layer.
I just want to know if we should be concerned about people not telling the truth. Should we be concerned about lies or only when they matter, and who should be the judge of what matters. Is it better to eliminate a brutal dangerous dictator, and sex up the facts or is it better to sex up and lie about the facts?

They won't convince me that there was a purpose artistic or otherwise to remove a black 4" square patch and expose a red 4" square patch.
