Look at the free online classes at The Options Institute. It's the CBOE and they are running a Natenberg series now.

That should be a very lucrative career. Now with the interest rate hiked up there might be some slow-down in the real estate market but I am sure you can still find something in the real estate field that's closer to your expertise than options trading. Real estate renting perhaps?

  3. I've attended a few of those, and... he writes (wrote) better than he talks. Which isn't all that much of a compliment. :\ He also had a CBOE - what shall we call her? - mediator, whose job seemed to be to steer him back on course when he wandered. Which he did quite a bit. It seems to me that they're trading on his name and reputation well past his prime... well, the man is (or looks) close to 80 years old.

The content seems to be aimed at traders with no or minimal education, and 95% of the class is prep for talking about the ideas. The last one I was in covered neutral strategies - and the only actual value in it (minimal) was the last slide, which listed straddles, strangles, ICs, etc. along with their structures. Call it 60 seconds worth of low-level content that could have been found anywhere. I wouldn't recommend it.

_Out of curiosity, what underlying product will you use options with? Stocks? ETFs?
_What's your opinion today about whether stock price charts can be used to estimate probabilities about the direction of the stock going forward for some duration of time?

First lesson: take your time, really. This stuff is so complex that you can learn for years without getting anywhere.

Second Lesson: Pay attention to detail. Always. Especially when it comes to margin, exercising and the math around options.

Probably a good lesson for @MacBookProHo , too

    Books:

Options Trading: The Hidden Reality by Charles Cottle

There are many more but this should cover the basics with regards to position management and dissection

hilarious. I just have to believe that was done on purpose as part of the troll persona...probably giving too much credit but that is just too damn ridiculous.

Luckily I have the wanker blocked LoL

I often wonder if one is or one does...
    In this case, one is.

In previous posts he complained about buying a masturbator (plastic vagina) when comparing it to some other "no much fun" activity.
I dont miss his posts, and I can sense he shows up in threads anytime other posters sound like they are talking to an invisible idiot.

Honestly, he's probably a real chad. I mean look at his tabs...looking at luxury watches and googling semen stains. His testosterone levels are over 9000

  9. Humbly, I've been good at several things. The best was bowling. Former Pro and local USBC Hall Of Fame member here.. and for the last time I bowled the USBC Master's tournament, I was the ALL-TIME high average leader!

A sport not of inches but of millimeters, lol.
After untold years of friendly rounds and some not so friendly elimination tourneys, what's your favorite beer to relax over after?
