Wheat will be broken into sugar no matter how KETO it is. You ended up with type 2 diabetes and early death. Read posting #11 to make use of sugar.
This is the nutritional label. It seems that it would be fairly low carb and not break down into sugar much. I am wondering if anyone has an opinion or has tried this product.

The difference is surprisingly small, fructose is fructose. Candy also screws with your teeth, but otherwise it is not really much worse than OJ. Usually OJ isn't even natural (freshly squeezed) but artificially flavored, filtered, etc. "Why orange juice is bad for you? Though nutritionally similar to whole oranges, orange juice provides very little fiber but twice the calories and sugar. It may be an easy way to reach your recommended fruit intake but can cause blood sugar spikes and even weight gain."
I dunno'...When I drink Tropicana with pulp I get the sensation I'm a baleen whale sucking in a mouthful of krill.
Pulp is obviously fiber. I was talking about filtered OJ. The point is, pulpless OJ is surprisingly bad for you, contrary to popular belief.
OJ, cereal... are unhealthy; Too much hfcs, coloring, preservatives... In it. Some makers even put in some pulp into OJ to make it more 'healthy'!!! Should eat those food in moderation.
