I imagine it's not so rare to be nice in the trading game , but those types are not likely to be training anyone. Cramer had a rep as an ass kicker, and you can see from his performances now how that must have been true.
well I suppose this would matter if in the long it really worked, but it doesn't. they come and go. long term competence doesn't abuse people (apart from some hardcore jesting) and stays the course. markets are about functional relationships.
