I have no doubt the first US congress would have impeached and removed Trump. It’s not even a question.
This is such nonsense that it’s difficult to believe that a thinking person would actually type it. “no statutory crimes are alleged - but statutory AND high crimes were committed.” I mean I can’t even think of something analogous to this but I can’t because it’s so insanely stupid.
That’s not true. the first congress would have celebrated Trump and declared him POTUS for life. Because he is better than George Washington. Washington would have said so himself.
Washington would not have put up with and did not have to put up with Mueller type investigations and Comey type of crap either. We didn't even have a Justice Department - until when, after the Civil War or thereabouts.
That is one twisted piece of propaganda. For something to be a crime... the elements of a crime need to be alleged. The democrats have not alleged anything that is a crime. Hours and Hours of saying Trump did it for personal gain. yet they alleged no crime. It would be like a Bistro saying we don't show any pasta on the menu because we serve a higher order of pasta. High Pastas Item one.. Churro in Mole sauce Item two Ceasar Salad with long cut fries These are serious pastas... that Italians would have enumerated as High Pastas if they thought about. As long as a democrat says its a high pasta you can throw everything you know about pasta... Who cares about the Bill of Rights - I mean pastas. ex post facto, due process, no bills of attainder no elements of crime No need to be in the pasta family if its a High Pasta.

You should have watched the opening arguments. Might have learned something about impeachment they didn't teach you in law school.
Watch Schiff and Nadler lie for a Guinness Book of World Records number of times? who would watch that?? The Dems have been obliterated. it’s amazing.
I’m very curious. You claimed an investigation was opened in August of 2014 into Burisma but this article does not address that, at all. Please share the original source for the timeline you shared previously.
What are you talking about? From the link: In August 2014, the Office of the Prosecutor General (PGO) opened a criminal proceeding as to the same matters adjudicated by the U.K. Central Criminal Court
