Sub-Penny Pricing Didn't end in July after all

    Hmmmm,

    Everyone said the new sec regs would end sub-penny pricing of NYSE and NASDAQ traded equites priced above $1 but it never happened

    Anybody with any insight as to where and how I can trade sub penny, many brokers don't allow it.
